Pie Crust & Filling
1 9" Deep Dish Pie Crust
1/2 C Sugar
3 T Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
6 C Thinly Sliced Granny Smith Apples

Crumb Topping:
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 C Butter

Chopped Toasted Pecans
Carmel Topping

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add apples, toss until well coated and turn into lined pie plate. Sprinkle crumb topping over apple mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 375º oven for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and top sprinkle with toasted pecans and drizzle with carmel.
