4 c. cabbage, shredded
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
1/3c sugar
1/3 c. vinegar (clear or Rice Wine)
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 t,. salt
1/4 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, onions and celery. Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, and salt. Blend well. Pour over cabbage and mix. Store in refrigerator. Slaw will keep for a week.
