1 pound beef shoulder
1 pound beef brisket
2 pounds rib eye
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using a meat grinder, grind each meat and set aside.
2. Combine ground meat using a mold, form into 5" patties.
3. Heat griddle to medium high
4. Season one side with salt and pepper
5. Place burgers on giddle season side down. Fry burger two minutes each side, basting with combination clarified butter and vegetable oil, flipping burgers every 30 seconds.
6. After cooking 2 minutes each side, remove from griddle and let rest five minutes.
7. When they have rested 5 minutes, return to griddle for 2 minutes each side.
