212 g (7.5 oz) box Shirrif Lemon Pie filling
1 large Angel Food Cake
1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie filling according to package directions. Cover surface with waxed paper and chill. Slice cake into three layers. Spread half of the chilled filling between the layers. Whip the cream and fold into remaining filling. Spread mixture over top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with graham wafer crumbs. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
