Crust:
1/2 cup butter,
1/4 cup sugar,
1 egg yolk - save white,
1 1/4 cup flour,
1 T milk

Filling:
3 cups cut rhubarb,
3/4 cup sugar,
dash salt,
1 cup milk,
2 eggs and 1 egg white from crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk and mix well. Add flour and milk. Pat dough into lightly greased 12 x 8 pan building up the sides so filling doesn't run between the crust and pan when baking.
Combine rhubarb, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and extra egg white from crust. Mix well. Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
