1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1 stick butter or margarine,
1 small chopped onion,
1 small jar of Cheez Whiz,
1 - 20 oz pkg. frozen broccoli cuts,
1/2 cup minute rice,
1 - 8oz can mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter and add onion. Saute. Add frozen broccoli, cover skillet and simmer until broccoli is tender. Add soup, cheese, mushrooms and rice. Mix well. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 3- 40 minutes.
