1 qt. milk 1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
add as much vanilla, cinnamon, and raisins as you desire

I always rinse pan I cook in with water before adding the ingredients. You can make larger pudding by using equivalent measures. Bake at 375º until done. I always cover top nearly over, but not completely.
