4 - 6 large potatoes,
1 cup water,
1 envelope dry onion soup mix,
salt,
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, leaving skins on, slice them 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Place potatoes in a sprayed roaster or casserole dish, salt to taste (about 1 tsp). Combine water and soup (heat in micro for a bit) and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
