Ingredients:  
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
2/3 C milk
1 egg, beaten
1 C cracker crumbs
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
