6 C broccoli cut into 1" pieces
1 C sliced celery
1 whole pimento, cut into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 C sour cream
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C coarse bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli in salt water; simmer for 3 minutes and drain. Place into prepared 1 1/2-qt casserole dish. Combine soup, sour cream, milk and seasonings; pour over broccoli. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º (until broccoli is tender). Toss cheese and bread crumbs, sprinkle over top. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
