1 can cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream
1 C mayonnaise
1/4 C chopped onion sautéed in butter
1 C grated cheddar or American cheese
6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and mix with potatoes; place into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes and 375º.
