4 C thinly-sliced peeled potatoes
1 C thinly-sliced onion
1/4 C flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
2 C milk
1/4 C fine, dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Toss first 6 ingredients together until potatoes are coated. Place in greased shallow 2-qt baking dish. Scald milk and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Remove foil and sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
