1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
3 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs, banana and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Then add milk and vanilla. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan (9x5x3). Bake about 1 hr. at 350º.
