3 C MASHED SWEET POTATOES
1/2 C MELTED BUTTER
1 C SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
1/3 C MILK

TOPPING
1/2 C BROWN SUGAR
2 1/2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER
1/4 C FLOUR
1/2 C PECANS

Combine and blend all 7 ingredients. Place mixture in a sprayed 2 qt casserole dish.

TOPPING
Mix brown sugar, butter, flour and pecans. Spread over potato mixture and bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

One of my mother's (Marge Steil) favorite dishes to make. It was always a must at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
