1/2 C CHOPPED CELERY
1/2 STICK BUTTER
2 PACKAGES (10 OZ ) FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI COOKED
2 C COOKED RICE ( 3/4 C RAW)
1 ( 10 OZ ) CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 ( 4 OZ ) JAR CHEESE WHIZ ( JALAPEŅO IF YOU LIKE IT HOT )

BROWN ONION AND CELERY IN BUTTER UNTIL SOFT AND GOLDEN. COMBINE WITH BROCCOLI, RICE, MUSHROOM SOUP, & CHEESE WHIZ IN A GREASED 2 QT CASSEROLE.

BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES AT 350. MAY BE MADE IN ADVANCED AND REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO COOK. ALLOW 45 MIN BAKING TIME IF CASSEROLE IS CHILLED.
