6-8 Avocados
1-Red onion
1-Cilantro
1Oranges
2-Limes
2-Lemons
2-Tomatoes
1-Garlic
Salt
Pepper
2-Optional Jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
For a large bowl of Wackamole!
6-8 Semi firm avocados- split and scooped out. Save two or three pits.
Squeeze the Juice from one large orange, 2 lemons, and 2 limes.
Chop Garlic
Chop the red onion (smaller the better)
Chop and drain tomatoes
Chop Cilantro-Finely
Using a fork, break down the Avocados down to small pieces in bowl.
Add Red Onions and garlic, add juices slowly. make sure you do not add to much juice, this will make it watery.
Add tomatoes.
Mix
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add Jalapeņos for heat but are optional
Place left over pits in the Wackamole-slows the browning process. Cool for at least 30 min.
