1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained
1 can refried beans
1 sm. tub of sour cream, optional
1 pkg. taco sauce
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 head lettuce, shredded
3 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. taco chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger. Add taco sauce to meat and prepare according to package directions. Mix in refried beans. Spoon into a cake pan. Add a thin layer of sour cream to the meat mixture (optional). Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Heat in oven at 350º until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, shred lettuce and chop tomatoes and mix into a salad. For a meal, put meat mixture over salad and top with crumbled chips or for an appetizer, use meat mixture as a dip for chips.
