2 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raw Spanish peanuts 8 to 9 quarts popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 4 ingredients together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the vanilla mixed with the baking soda plus the peanuts. Pour over popcorn and mix well, then put in buttered flat pan and into a 250º oven for 1 hour, stirring a few times.
