2 lbs. venison
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. no salt added tomatoes, 16 oz.
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, and 2 tablespoons of salt together. Place meat in a deep flat pan. Pour cold water over meat. Add the vinegar mixture and cover over night. Remove the vinegar mixture from meat and drain well. roll meat in flour and brown in tablespoon of vegetable oil in skillet. Transfer browned meat to the crock pot. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
