1 1/2 c grits
6 c. boiling water
1 1/2 stick butter
1 lb. grated cheddar
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. savory salt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits for 8 minutes, remove from heat and add butter.

Mix in all other ingredients, mix well.

Pour into 3 qt buttered casserole dish. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
