2 Tbsp. gelatin soaked in 1/2 c. cold water
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. cottage cheese (broken up fine with fork)
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 pint cream, whipped
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. maraschino cherries

Crust
25 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix crust ingredients and place 2/3 in bottom of 9x13 pan. Save 1/2 for top.

Beat egg yolks with a little milk, add in salt, sugar and milk. Cook in double boiler until like custard. Mix gelatin with hot mix and chill until set. Heat slightly until fluffy. Add cheese, egg whites, pineapple, coconut, nuts, cherries and vanilla. Pour into pan and add remaining crust on top.
