3 Tbsp minced green onion
2 Tbsp bourbon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
24 large sea scallops
6 slices low sodium bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 6 ingredients, stir will, add scallops, marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cut each slice of bacon into 4 pieces, wrap around scallops, skewer, leaving a little space so bacon will cook. Broil 8 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
