With all the friends who now join you in wishes, countless, tis true. This is a special landmark, Fifty years is a time to renew, and count all the many blessings that God has given you.

The first five are easy to number, Betty, Hattie, Selmer Jr., Lemuel and Mary too. When they grace the lives of you folks, a reason to be proud and boast a little too. God has given you something special a love for another in need.

If some hospitality will help them, there was always coffee and a "feed". God surely put his sanction on that wedding there that day. When Bessie and Selmer said their vows, paid the Reverend and went their way.

For Fifty years together, is quite a spell they say, you just need the help of Heaven and all the friends you have today.
