Acorn Squash

Honey
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Take acorn squash and cut in half. Place in plastic zip lock bag with water on bottom, 6 T. Microwave for 6-8 minutes. Use hot pads to press on squash to see if tender.

Carefully take out of bag and place in bowl. Use teaspoon to go around all edges and scrape the squash from the edges. Add lots of butter, 3-4 T. , 2 t. of honey , salt and pepper with fork to mix.

Serve pureed in bowl in skin of squash immediately.
