1 lb fish fillet
3 eggs
2 tbsp margarine
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg (10 oz pkg) cut leaf spinach
1 1/2 cup crushed herb seasoning stuffing
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach per pkg directions, drain excess water. Combine eggs, stuffing and cheese. Stir in spinach. Place one piece of fish in a loaf pan. Mold spinach mix on top of fish and top with fish.

In sauce pan melt butter, stir in almonds, garlic powder and lemon juice, pour over fish.

Baked covered for 40 minutes at 350 º
