6-8 slices of firm white bread
4 eggs
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp prepared mustard
6-8 smoked sausage links
2-3 cups grated swiss cheese
1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish
-Slice sausages in a 1/8 inch thick circles or coins. Saute in an ungreased frying pan for 2-4 minutes. Drain well.
-Trim crusts from bread and fit into the bottom of the dish. Distribute sausage over the bread.
-Place eggs. mustard, worchestershire sauce and milk in a blender and blend well.
-Spread cheeses over sausages and cover with milk mixture.
-Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit in refrigerator overnight.

Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Soft textured bread should not be used in this recipe.
