No eggs: fast and fun

1 cup Smart Balance
½ cup confectioner’s sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats, old fashioned
1½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
½ cup raisins (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine with sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and optional ingredients as desired. Divide dough in half and shape into 2 logs 1 inch in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for 1 hour. Slice in ¼ inch slices. Place on greased cookie sheets and place in a pre-heated 350 degrees.
