1 1/4 cups Flour,
1 stick Butter,
1/2 cup Pecans ,
8 oz Philadelphia brand Cream Cheese,
1 cup Powdered Sugar,
1/2 large tub (12oz) Cool Whip ( or use real sweetened whipped cream),
1 pkg instant Pistachio Pudding ,
1 1/2 cups Milk,
1/4 cup Pecans toasted and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and butter , stir in nuts and pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º till lightly browned. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese with the powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust.

Beat the pudding with the milk. Allow to set somewhat and pour on top of cream mixture. Chill.

Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts over top. Cover and Keep in refrigerator.
