Meatballs
1 1/4 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup water or milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Sauce
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup


Directions:
Directions:
To make the meatballs, mix the meatball ingredients together. Shape into balls and brown in a frying pan, or cook in the microwave
Transfer to a casserole dish

To make the sauce, combine the brown sugar and flour in a medium sized saucepan. Stir well to blend thoroughly
Then add the vinegar, water, soy sauce and ketchup

Stir over medium heat until boiling
Pour over the meatballs.Cover
Heat in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly

HINT... I have also used the frozen prepared meatballs you can buy at you local food store

This is also a great slow cooker recipe... Just put the meaballs in the crockpt, cover with sauce and cook on low for a few hours, stirring occasionally
