1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large banana- 1/2 cup mashed
2 tbs. milk
1/4 c. softened margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
raspberry or strawberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
Mix banana, milk, vanilla
Mix margarine, sugar, egg until light and fluffy
Stir in dry 1/3 banana mixture alternately with sugar mix
Place some batter in paper lined cupcake tins
Place spoon of jam in center and more batter on top
Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes
