1 large cabbage
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 c sugar
1 T dried mustard
1 T celery seed
1 c vinegar
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage, onion and green pepper and
add sugar, set aside.
Combine vinegar, oil, mustard, celery seed and salt bring to a boil, then remove from heat and allow to cool for a short time. Once slightly cooled
pour liquid mixture over cabbage mix and toss well.
Chill and serve.
