Betty Crocker brownie mix(Supreme Mix)
2/3 cup of diet Coke
2 egg whites
1 small pkg Jello chocolate pudding( fat free)
1 cup skim milk

Directions:
Mix brownie mix, coke and egg whites together. Bake at 350 degress for 20 to 25 mins. in a 9x13 pan. Cool.
Whip together until smooth and thick, pudding & milk. Covering with plastic wrap works great because the icing doesn't stick.
This is a weight watchers recipe and is 1 point each brownie Very good.
