1 sm. box lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Carnation milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. graham crackers. crushed
1/4 lb. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan (save some for sprinkling on top of cheesecake). Mix jello, water and lemon juice and cool until syrupy. Mix together sugar, cream cheese and vanilla, and add to jello mixture. Beat ice cold Carnation milk, add sugar and vanilla and add to jello mixture. Pour over graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top of cheesecake. Refrigerate til serving time.
