1 lb.ground chicken or turkey
4 c. coleslaw mix(from bag)
3 T. soy sauce
1 t. grated ginger root
1/2 chinese 5 spice powder
1 sm. onion,chopped(1/4 c.)
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
18 frozen phyllo sheets(thawed)(16x12)
cooking spray

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook chicken/turkey over med. high heat.Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients (except phyllo & cooking spray). Cook 2-3 minutes.,stirring until coleslaw mix is wilted.

Cover phyllo with plastic wrap,then with damp towel to keep moist. Place 1 Phyllo sheet on cutting board; spray with cooking spray.Repeat with 2 more to make a stack of 3 sheets. cut stack crosswise into thirds to make 3 rectangles(12x5 in.)Place 1/4 c. chicken/turkey mixture on short end of each rectangle.Roll up,folding in edges of phyllo.Place roll,seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.Repeat with remaining Phyllo and mixture.

Spray rolls with cooking spray.Bake 15-20 minutes. until light golden brown.Serve warm with sweet&sour or plum sauce.
