8 oz,cream cheese,room temp.
1/2c. sour cream
1 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1T.minced dill
1t. prepared horseradish
1/2t. kosher salt
1/4t. freshly ground black pepper
chopped pecans
fresh parsley,chopped
Assorted crackers.
1/4 lb.(4oz.) smoked salmon,minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until just smooth. Add the sour cream,lemon juice,dill,horseradish,salt&pepper&mix.Add salmon and mix well. Form into a ball&roll in freshly chopped parsley.(add a little sweet onion to food processor to help chop). Roll in chopped pecans mixed with chopped parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
