2 lbs. ground chuck,
2 eggs beaten,
3/4 c bread crumbs,
1 c sour cream,
1/4 c ketchup,
1 pkg. onion soup mix,
1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well in a large bowl. Put in a large bread pan and bake, uncovered, about 40-50 minutes in a 350° oven.

This makes a very firm meatloaf..great the next day thinly sliced and fried in a little butter for a sandwich.
