1 bag onions
2 lbs. beef stew meat in 1 1/2" cubes
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. flour
1 can condensed beef broth
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and halved
4 lg. carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
2 celery ribs, sliced diagonally

Directions:

Layer onions in 3 quart dish. Arrange meat on top of onions and sprinkle soy sauce. Mix next 4 ingredients over meat. Add broth and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour. Add vegatables. Bake covered 1 hour. Remove foil and bake half hour longer or until meat and vegatables are cooked. Add more broth if necessary.
