1 dozen egg, beaten
1 bunch green onion, chopped
butter
1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6-8 small corn tortillas torn into small bite size pc's
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies


Directions:
Directions:
Beat Egg's, add tortilla pc's to egg's, allow to sit.

In large non-stick frying pan, melt butter and saute green onions and chilies.

Add Egg mixture, cook over Med-low until eggs are done.

Top with cheese and serve.

Basic and easy breakfast, my family makes these often. You can really get creative with the additions. Also a great way to use leftover tortilla chips-just soak them a little longer!
