1 lb. sausage - cooked and drained well
18 eggs
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry mustard, paprika, salt and sour cream together. Add in the cooled sausage. Spray a 9x 13" pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 c. of grated cheese on bottom of pan. Spread the sour cream and sausage mixture on top of the cheese. (This much can be done the night before or you can make the whole thing and bake right away).
The next morning beat the eggs and pour over the sausage. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes or until set. You can also make this with ham or bacon.
