5 lb. pork loin
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. Feta cheese
Greek seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
With a sharp knife, slice pork loin almost through. Rub all sides of pork with Greek seasoning. Spread spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, on one side of pork loin. Spread garlic evenly over spinach. Place Feta cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Lift second side of pork loin over spinach mixture and tie with kitchen twine. Place on preheated grill for about 2 hours or until internal temperature is 170º.
