4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
Your favorite pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450ºF. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing carefully and thoroughly. Assemble bottom of pie crust into 9" pie plate. Pour ingredients into pie crust, smoothing with wooden spoon or spatula. Assemble top layer of pie crust, pinching the edges together all around. Pierce center with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 375ºF for another 20 minutes or until blueberries are bubbling and crust is golden.

I always used to get a craving for this pie and Gram always told everyone "Just tell me what you want and I'll make it for you!" So once in awhile, when the blueberry pie craving came around, I would call Gram up and say "Gram...I am dreaming of your blueberry pie!" The next day (sometimes that same night!) she would call me back and say "Luvah - guess what I just took out of the oven....???" And of course, whenever she made a pie...there was always a little sidedish with my favorite cinnamon rolls! (Note: see recipe for Gramma's Mini Cinnamon rolls)
