3 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes(size b)
3 green onions,chopped fine
2 celery stalks,chopped fine
1/2 green pepper,chopped fine
1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
3 T. olive oil
3/4 jar Marie's Sour Cream & Dill dressing
1/4 c. Hidden Valley lite original ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until almost done. Cut into 2" cubes. Toss with oil & soup mix. Place in shallow baking dish & roast potatoes @ 425º for 20 mins. or until brown. Cool. Mix cooled potatoes,onions,celery,& green pepper.Mix both dressings. Mix dressing mixture & potato mix together.Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
