1 qt. good quality chocolate ice cream
1 qt. good quality vanilla bean ice cream
1 pkg. Oreo cookies(crushed)
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's Hot Fudge sauce
Lg. container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Slightly thaw ice cream. Spread chocolate ice cream into bottom of springform pan (or 9x13). Put in freezer until firm. Remove and spread jar of fudge sauce over chocolate layer(do NOT heat fudge). Sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Put back in freezer until firm.Spread softened vanilla ice cream over Oreo layer. Freeze until firm. Remove and cover with Cool Whip. Decorate as you would any celebration cake. Keep in freezer. Thaw about 15 minutes before serving.
