Take about 1/2 cup of Pineapple, 1 Orange, 1 Banana, 4 Strawberries, a bunch of Blueberries, some Blackberries, a couple tsp. of Chia seeds and Flax seeds, 1 branch/leaf of Kale, about 1 cup of fresh Spinach, and about a dozen ice cubes - throw it in a blender (VitaMix recommended) and blend until smooth! Add a bit of water if you'd like to thin it out a bit.

Healthy way to start off any day! Great way to get kids their veggies! Kale & spinach are highly nutrient rich and you'll feel full and have loads of energy for hours. Full of antioxidants, too. You could mix in your vitamins if you don't like swallowing them... but that'll change the taste a bit. Have fun and experiment with your own ingredients!!
