1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. butter
3 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. half and half
2 T. dry sherry
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. cubed cooked ham
5 oz can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until soft. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add mushrooms, half and half and sherry. Cook and stir until thick. Add chicken, ham and water chestnuts.
Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam© cooking spray. Pour ingredients into dish and top with cheese. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle around the edge of casserole. Bake in 400º oven for about 25 - 30 minutes
