Directions:
Boil 1/2 c. water & 1 c. raisins. Set aside to cool down. Mix all other ingredients except flour. Then add raisins & water and stir in flour. Drop on greased cookie sheets. Grandma rolls into balls and then scores and presses down with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Kathy: This is Jeff's favorite cookie. If your family doesn't like whole raisins, try blending the cooked raisins and water after it has cooled down a bit. You still get the good flavor and moisture but no raisins to pick out!
Amy: Don't grease the pan and don't over cook.
