8 Eggs
2 lbs Powdered Sugar
1 T Butter
7 C Four (sifted)
1 t Anise Oil
1 t Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Beat eggs, powdered sugar, butter, & oil. Mix in flour
and baking powder.
Roll out to 1/8th inch thick and cut out shape*.
Let sit for 8-10 hours wrapped in a layered sheet.
Bake at 325* for 10 minutes.

edges or square corners.
• The shape below works the best. It can have more
