2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
7 T. melted butter
1/2-2/3 c. sugar (depends on sweetness of berries)
2 1/2 T. corn starch
2 c. water
1 (3 oz) pkg raspberry gelatin
1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry gelatin
8 c. fresh berries (I use whatever is in season)
Whipped cream (optional)

Combine graham cracker, 1/3 c. sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom and sides of 10" tart pan or deep dish pie plate. Bake 8-10 min at 375º; cool completely.

In a saucepan whisk together sugar and cornstarch. Add water and bring to a rapid boil for about 2 min. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool at room temp, about 20 min. Place berries into cooled crust. Pour gelatin mixture slowly over berries trying to cover most of exposed berries. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hrs. Remove from tart pan and serve with whipped cream if desired.
