1 c. Mayo
1/4 t. Old Bay seasoning
3 T. chopped parsley
4T. finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 T. dry mustard
1 lb.lump crab
1/4 loaf Pullman bread (Wonder bread)
1 oz. butter melted
1/2 t.Old Bay
2 c. Mayo
2t. dry mustard
1T. Old Bay
1/2 & 1/2 to thin out

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, mix 1st 6 ingredients and keep chilled and reserve. Remove crust from Pullman loaf & cut into cubes. Open crab meat & drain any liquid. In another lg. bowl,add bread cubes and 1/2 of reserved dressing ,mixing until liquid has been absorbed by bread and is slightly broken up. Gently add in crab mixture and remaining dressing,being careful not to break up the crab meat. (Mixture should hold shape). Place cakes on greased jellyroll pan. Top with small amount of butter seasoned with Old Bay and place in 400º oven for approximately 15 mins. until golden brown. For sauce Mix 2c. Mayo,2t.dry mustard,1T.Old Bay,and just enough 1/2&1/2 to thin it out. Serve cakes with sauce.
