1 lb. Velveeta mild mexican cheese
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach,thawed,drained well,uncooked
1 tomato,chopped
1 small onion,chopped
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
Melt Velveeta in microwave or crock pot. Fold in spinach,tomato,& onion. Keep warm in a 4 c. crock pot. Serve with tortilla chips.
